This was made by the notorious Shaun T. who brought us Rockin' Body, Hip-Hop Abs, T-25... just to name a few! 

If you feel like you have two left feet, don't worry. He breaks down every move for you, and by the end you have a coordinated, fun routine. You work up such a sweat without even feeling like you are "exercising". You don't have to use any weight and you don't do any crunches, but you'll still be getting definition from the movements that you do while standing up.
